We believe we are the first estate agent in the area to offer a central Customer Relationship Team. The team is dedicated to building relationships, devoting time that branch teams simply wouldn’t have, in order to improve the level of service offered.
It means better ‘matching’ of prospective buyers to potential properties, more individual marketing packages for vendors and a better customer experience for all.
One family who have already seen the benefit of this unique approach is the Westwood family, from Castle Bromwich.
David and Ann Westwood recently accepted an offer on their five-bedroom detached home in Castle Bromwich with Green & Co, after failing to secure a sale with a rival agent. And customer service is what really made Green & Co stand out, says Mr Westwood.
“We had a valuation from Green & Co when we first put the property on the market but decided to go with another agent. Tara from the Customer Relationship Team kept in touch, without being intrusive, and after months of trying to sell our home it got to the point where we were getting more advice from Green & Co than we were from our own estate agent,” he said.
“After nine months on the market, and only one viewing, we switched to Green & Co. They took a step back and asked ‘how can we make your house stand out?’ They gave it a new description, took better photos which focused more on the key selling points and within a month we had accepted an offer.
“We had more viewings of course, but the thing that pleased me most was the way in which they informed us of developments. The team made sure we knew exactly what they were doing to market our home and what potential buyers were saying about it.
“They asked how we wanted to be contacted, and when, and they stuck to it. Now we’re even hoping to buy a house through Green & Co too after having an offer accepted on our dream home. It was a fantastic way to guide us through the process.”
