Dear Paul,

I first came into your branch of Greens in May. I discussed a number of suitable properties for myself with Liz and April.  I was then referred to Lisa who has successfully sorted a mortgage out for me. The sale is currently in the process of going through.

The reason I am writing this letter to you today is to inform you that all three members of staff I mention above have gone above and beyond what I would class as excellent customer service. They have all been extremely helpful and have kept me informed at least once a week of any updates. I am extremely grateful to them for this has been one of the most stressful times of my life.

In closing I would like to say thank you to your staff and to inform you that I would recommend Greens - and especially your Sutton Coldfield Branch - to all my family and friends, as they have proven to be the best estate agent I have dealt with.

Could this message be forwarded to senior management please? I write with regards to your manager Ian at your Castle Bromwich office. My husband and I have tried to buy a property with success from your office in Castle Bromwich. Unfortunately things have not gone to plan to say the least. However, Ian has gone way beyond his "call of duty" to help in every way possible.
