From 1st April 2018, new legislation means that any property must have an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating of E or above before a tenancy can be renewed or a new let agreed.
IF you are a landlord and your rental property does not currently meet this requirement, you won’t be able to renew the tenancy or advertise for a new tenant once the current tenancy agreement ends.
We know from experience that in many cases landlords don’t need to make any improvements to the property, they simply need to update their EPC. Particularly if you have installed a new boiler, insulated the property or replaced windows since your last certificate.
What do you need to do?
We offer a quick and convenient service for ordering your new EPC and achieving compliance. All for just £99 plus VAT – no fuss, no hassle.
If you need to make improvements to the property then this should come first. Or if you’ve already improved energy efficiency since your last EPC, then get in touch today.
Simply call our dedicated Lettings Management team on 0121 240 8844 (option 1) or email email@example.com and we can do the rest.
