This week Rightmove reported that they received a record-breaking 152 million visits in January which was a 7% increase compared to the year before. Sales agreed increased by 12% year-on-year nationally. Closer to home in the West Midlands sales agreed increased by 7%, which backs up everything we are seeing at a local level.
