If you sell or buy your home with us and recommend us to a friend or colleague by way of a thank you if they instruct us to sell their home and their property proceeds to completion of contracts from a buyer that Green and Company introduced, we will pay you five per cent of the net fee we receive* from your recommendation. Not only that, but we will also give the person you referred a five per cent discount on their fee*.
*To qualify for this incentive, please email us at customercare@green-property.com before a market appraisal has been booked for your friend or colleague and quote “REFER A FRIEND”. Please include your friend or colleague's name, address, and contact telephone number and leave the rest to us. We’ll inform you when we receive instructions to sell the property. Failure to follow this procedure will make this offer null and void.
