I am a committed and flexible person with extensive experience in a variety of roles in sales and customer service going back to 1998. Since joining Green & Company in 2012, I have focused my attention on developing further my passion for customer service and communication. Within my role in the Lettings Management Department, I ensure the needs of both the landlords and tenants are fulfilled by effectively communicating with all parties, as well as prioritising emergencies and managing regular maintenance. Whilst having an engaging “nothing is too much trouble” attitude, I enjoy maintaining a calm, efficient and professional approach, and ensuring all issues are brought to a satisfactory resolution.

I have over 30 years of administration and management experience. I joined Green & Company limited in October 2005 and was promoted to Manager of the Management Department May 2012. The knowledge and skills I have developed allow me to offer initial training and annual training to all staff members. I seek out new information and pass this on to my colleagues so we can be leaders in our industry. I am motivated and determined to maintain high standards within the Management Department. I also pride myself in good customer service. Since working for the company in May 2012 covering maternity leave, I have gained vast experience within administration and professional services. My day to day role includes booking appointments over the phone with clients for mortgage valuations, re-mortgages, probate valuations and homebuyer reports. Other duties include invoicing and accounts, general queries, sending emails and completing excel spreadsheets. I work along side Helen Railton who has been working for the company for 8 years. I consider myself to be a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys meeting new people.
