It has been a busy week this week for us, with lots of positive enquiries throughout our branches.   Despite the reliance these days on technology, we received 2782 calls which transpired in too many conversations between ourselves and would-be buyers and sellers about the local housing market. The “Boris bounce”!? Surprisingly we have seen the number of Market Appraisals booked this week increased by 23% compared to the first two weeks of the month on a day-by-day basis. Rightmove announced this week that they expect prices to rise in 2020, so all of this confirms our thoughts that the local property market will be considerably better next year. That said, we still registered 91 buyers this week, arranged 143 viewings, and received 30 new offers.   We are looking forward to 202...
