This week activity levels continued to increase. We welcomed the number of new instructions that came to the market, which is just what we needed to see to satisfy the demand from would-be buyers that have registered to buy since December.
Many property types are selling, but two properties stood out. We sold (STC) a three bedroomed traditional property on Tudor Hill within a day that had an asking price of £600,000. The second one was a two bedroomed mid-terraced property on Bilberry Road. The asking price was £230,000, and we agreed a sale within a few days.
