This week it was great to see some sunshine instead of the usual rain! Activity levels remain buoyant, and new instructions to the market have started to increase ever so slightly.
With demand remaining steady the sales we agreed this week achieved, on average, 99% of their asking prices which was an increase of 1% compared to the last three months. Many of our new instructions are selling at their asking prices or above in some cases.
