It was another busy week this week, and overall, for the month, activity was bustling. We booked 307 market appraisals compared to 157 last January registered 1380 new potential buyers, more than any month in 2021.
All property types continue to create interest, and with a shortage of available properties, now is an excellent time to sell. Thankfully, the number of new instructions this month was also higher than it has been in ten months, and we expect to see a similar increase again in February.
