You can talk to some of our senior sales team, who can help, advise you, and answer any questions concerning the following four key areas.
- Estate Agent - How to buy or sell a residential property.
- Mortgage Adviser - How to apply for a mortgage, including ensuring a lender will look at your application favourably.
- Local Solicitor - How to tackle the conveyancing process when you have sold or found a property to buy.
- Surveys: What are the different types of surveys available, and why might it be important to consider an independent survey?
This is an entirely free advice day without any commitment from yourself; tea and coffee will be available, and we'd love to help, discuss and assist you with your moving plans/thoughts/ideas in 2024.
