It was another strong buyer activity week. This week we registered 191 potential buyers, arranged 238 viewings and received 44 new offers. Property sales remain strong, but new instructions to the market have slowed. In part, this is probably due to the time of year. The level of seller enquiries also reduced when the Government announced the second lockdown. So what does this mean? We expect seller enquires to increase again in the New Year but with seller activity so strong if you want to sell now could be a great time to place your property on the market. Please call us if you want further information about how we can help you.
The flip side to the buoyant front-end activity is the time taken for a sale to complete contracts. We expected November completions to increase, and although completion levels improved, they are still not at the level we expected.
