The final week of the month proved to be a busy as the earlier weeks. We continue to sell more homes than the amount coming to the market, with many homes receiving multiple viewings and offers. This week we registered 275 potential buyers, booked 325 viewings and received 106 offers. We urgently need more homes to sell, if you are thinking of selling, please call us on 0121 296 1400.
Completions were much lower than expected this month, and although we expect completion numbers to be incredibly high in June, we have concerns that some clients aren't going to complete before the end of June and lose out on the stamp duty savings. If you are looking to complete next month, keep in touch with your solicitor, ask your estate agent for help if needed, and book your removal company as soon as possible. We are already aware that many removal companies are already booked up at the of June.
