We now have a government with a clear majority. Brexit should be agreed, at least initially, by the end of January. We expect the local property market to bounce back strongly in the New Year as confidence returns. Boxing Day really is one of the busiest days online with many potential buyers and sellers looking at the many property options on offer. Even this week, an election week, we registered 100 new buyers, arranged 173 viewings and received 29 new offers but there is still a shortage of new instructions coming to the marketplace.
