The local property market - May week 1
At last, the weather has begun to improve, but the cost of living is very much on buyers' and sellers' minds. Will this affect the local property market? At the moment, it's a tricky question to answer. Activity levels remain strong, homes continue to sell quickly, and we have multiple buyers interested in one property in many cases. Demand continues to outstrip supply, so at this moment in time, we cannot see property prices falling, although we do expect them to level off as we anticipate a return to a "normal" market.
