Mr and Mrs Chamberlain contacted Jonathan, who works out of our Sutton Coldfield office, to arrange a sales valuation. They informed him that they were thinking of selling but were very hesitant about going to the market because they would only sell if they could find a particular home on one of six roads in Sutton Coldfield! Jonathan explained that he could help, discussed how our VIP buying service works, and registered their specific buying requirements.
Jonathan carried out a property search for Mr and Mrs Chamberlain and reached out to any would-be sellers who owned a home that fit their requirements. Mr and Mrs Latham contacted Jonathan to say they owned a property on Somerville Drive and would Mr and Mrs Chamberlain be interested. Jonathan went out to meet them and appraise their home, agreed a marketing price and arranged a viewing for Mr and Mrs Chamberlain. Based on his conversations with them, he felt confident that this was the house for them, and his assumption was correct. They offered, and he agreed a sale, subject to contract.
Somerville Drive is a very desirable road in Sutton Coldfield, but the sellers didn't want the inconvenience of going to the market. By working the way, Jonathan did, he agreed a sale without placing the property on the open market, thus minimising the disruption for his clients and enabling them to agree a sale in a way that fitted their circumstances.
