Activity dropped slightly this month with respect to the number of applicants registered, viewings arranged, and property portal enquiries received. Sales valuations and new instructions to the marketplace remained consistent compared to previous months. This could mean that the supply and demand issue has started to ease.
Sold, subject to contract, properties continue to take longer than average to proceed to completion of contracts, and this remains a constant problem for many would-be movers.
Buyer demand remains strong, with many properties receiving multiple interest and offers from buyers looking to buy.
