Within the Birmingham area, property detail views on Rightmove are now 5% higher compared to the same time last year.Agreed property sales this week increased with some sales agreed within a matter of days of us receiving the instructions to sell them.Overall it was a positive week, and we registered 219 buyers, carried out 222 viewings and received 37 new offers.We need more homes to sell, especially in Four Oaks where we have a shortage of family homes to offer but plenty of potential buyers. ...
