Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. There may be a fee for arranging a mortgage and the precise amount will depend on your circumstances. Our typical fee is £399 and only payable on mortgage application. There is no charge for an initial consultation.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
