This week Rightmove published data suggesting that March "is the strongest month of the year to sell a home" as the "spring surge gathers momentum". They went on to say that "across the country, new instructions are up 11%, buyer demand increased by 32% and sales valuation requests increased by 27% in the last three weeks compared to the same period last year...
