Nationally, compared to September, properties available for sale on the market fell slightly by 0.12%, and the number of new instructions also reduced by 7.17%, but sales agreed increased by 8.24%. Properties withdrawing from the market increased by 33.3%, and the number of properties re-listing with another estate agent fell by 12.35%. On a national scale, the number of properties available for sale is currently 10.96% higher in quarter three of 2024 when compared to the same period last year.
