Completions finally came to fruition this week, with many of our clients moving before the first stamp duty deadline ended. Completions in June increased by an incredible 44.2% when compared to May. Overall, June was another busy month, with many properties selling quickly after receiving multiple viewing requests and offers. In total, we registered 260 new potential buyers, booked 322 viewings and received 66 offers. The number of exchange and completions remain low compared to the number of buyers and sellers that need to complete before the end of the month.
