Activity remained high again this week, with our sales teams registering 273 new buyers, arranged 338 viewings and received 90 new offers. The number of exchange and completions remain low compared to the number of buyers and sellers that need to complete before the end of the month. It was another busy week, with all property types receiving a great deal of interest. Due to the bank holiday and half-term requests to carry out sales valuations were low at the beginning of the week but picked up again with a large number booked on Friday in readiness for next week. The final week of the month proved to be a busy as the earlier weeks. We continue to sell more homes than the amount coming to the market, with many homes receiving multiple viewings and offers.
