Activity and enquiry levels continued at a frantic rate this week. Buyers from all walks of life were once again registering with us. Some are looking to buy now or within the next few weeks whilst others are merely trying to obtain a feel for the current market. Pent-up demand has led to properties taking less time to sell since the height of lockdown, according to research published by the BBC. In the 90 days to mid-August, a three-bedroom home has typically sold in 24 days, property portal Zoopla said. This is 12 days quicker than the same period a year ago.
